1. Introduction

Welcome to iCampusLink.in (“Platform”), operated by RALA Digital Hub Pvt Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

iCampusLink is a B2B2C marketplace platform that connects Indian colleges with industry experts, companies, and trainers for guest lectures, workshops, training programs, internships, and campus recruitment drives.

2. User Roles & Eligibility

The Platform serves the following user types:

  • College: Registered educational institutions represented by authorized personnel (TPO, HOD, Principal).
  • Expert/Trainer: Industry professionals, freelancers, or corporate trainers offering their expertise.
  • Company: Registered businesses posting internships, campus drives, or training programs.
  • Student: Students enrolled in registered colleges seeking training or internship opportunities.

Users must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Services Offered

  • Colleges can post requirements for guest lectures, workshops, and training programs.
  • Verified experts can browse and apply for college requirements.
  • Companies can post internships, campus recruitment drives, and training programs.
  • Students can browse training programs and internship opportunities.
  • The Platform generates NAAC-ready session certificates upon session completion.

4. Expert Verification

All experts must undergo a verification process by our admin team before their profiles are visible on the Platform. We reserve the right to reject or deactivate any expert profile without prior notice.

5. Payments & Commission

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • The Platform charges a commission of 12% on each transaction.
  • For guest lectures and workshops, the college pays the agreed fee. The Platform transfers the expert's share after session completion.
  • For short training programs where students pay, payments are held until batch confirmation and session completion.
  • Expert payouts are processed via Razorpay Route to the expert's linked bank account.

6. Cancellation & Refund

7. User Responsibilities

  • Users must not provide false or misleading information.
  • Experts must deliver sessions as committed in their applications.
  • Colleges must ensure the session environment and logistics as agreed.
  • Users must not contact each other outside the Platform to bypass commission.
  • Users must not post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software on iCampusLink are the intellectual property of RALA Digital Hub Pvt Ltd. Users retain ownership of content they upload (bio, photos, etc.) but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

iCampusLink acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality of sessions delivered by experts, the conduct of colleges, or employment outcomes from internships. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the Platform's reputation. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
