iCampusLink facilitates transactions between colleges, experts, companies, and students. This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for all transactions on the Platform.
2. Guest Lectures & Workshops (College Pays)

3. Short Training Programs (Students Pay)
Before Training Starts:

After Training Starts:

4. Internships
Internship listings on iCampusLink are free to browse. No payment is involved for viewing or expressing interest. Therefore, no refund applies to internship browsing.
5. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Platform commission (12%) is deducted before expert payouts.
- Razorpay processing fees are non-refundable.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@icampuslink.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Booking/Transaction ID
- Reason for refund
We will review and process your request within 3 business days.
