iCampusLink facilitates transactions between colleges, experts, companies, and students. This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for all transactions on the Platform.

4. Internships

Internship listings on iCampusLink are free to browse. No payment is involved for viewing or expressing interest. Therefore, no refund applies to internship browsing.

5. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Platform commission (12%) is deducted before expert payouts.
  • Razorpay processing fees are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@icampuslink.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Booking/Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund

We will review and process your request within 3 business days.
